1. We collect only the account and usage information necessary to operate this site and provide the Adjusted Cost Base tool, and all ACB-related data is hosted in Canada.
2. The information you enter or import into this tool is used solely to calculate your ACB and is not used for any other purpose.
3. We have reasonable safeguards in place to protect your data; however, no system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed and stored as required to provide functionality, security, and legal compliance.
5. When you register, we may store your IP address and browser user agent to help prevent automated abuse and to investigate suspicious account creation. This information is visible only to site administrators and is deleted when the account is deleted.
6. You can close your account at any time from the Profile menu. Upon closure, all data associated with your account is permanently deleted immediately.
